1) Young secondary that could learn so much from E.T. ( Just imagine with how athletic Byron Jones is, and then giving him Earl's knowledge. Next Richard Sherman, I'm just saying. X. Woods=Kam. Awuzie=Browner or Maxwell. And Jourdan Lewis has the potential to be best slot corner in the NFL. Then you got the BIG D and I do mean Dallas. Dallas defense.
2) He knows the defense he's played for Kris Richard for nearly if not his entire career.
3)We need more leadership, Sean Lee is the smartest LB in the league, and a great capt., but E.T.'s been all the way twice. Should've won both if it wasn't for play calling.
