The 25 million Tierney was sold for covered the losses of Barkas, Ajetti, Duffy, Bolingoli, Julien, Soro, Kwon, Gustaf, Palma, Nawriocki, Holm… a host of Asian players. The worst thing is lots of them signings never looked good on paper to begin with never mind the grass pitch. Yet people complain there are no Kieran Tierneys ever coming through and wormer why all our young players leave for pittance. Something very wrong with all of this.

You can’t forbid a loan player playing against the parent club in Europe. UEFA regard loans as transfers. Hence Bangura, Patrick Roberts, Morientes etc

Good news/Bad news
The good news – We've got Palma & Tilio off the wage bill
The bad news:
As things stand our squad options for the wide positions are Maeda, Forrest & Yang and that's it.
Maeda was excellent last season but a lot of his best performances came when he was played through the middle. He's a great option to have for all of the positions across the front three but as things stand, we've not got much option but to play him wide left as we've no-one else who can play there!
Forrest has been a great servant and is a modern day club legend BUT the reality is he's now 34yo and he spent a huge chunk of last season injured. It'd be madness to rely on James Forrest making 40+ appearances & producing the goods week in week out next season.
Yang has actually looked decent in pre-season but he's never really looked up to scratch in actual competitive games. Like Forrest, it'd be a huge gamble to rely on him to be one of our main men next season.
If Jota & Kuhn were both available then Forrest & Yang would be decent back ups but to rely on them is just asking for trouble.
We need two quality wide players as a matter of urgency now
They Newcastle fans say its a training excersize some say only , but some others say also that Celtic are a good team Celtic , though are ahead of Newcastle in games played in this close season . two guys also said me Celtic are best team from Scotland and they go bout their business in the right way ..Theyre a good crowd Newcastle fans are ive found , but not happy with thir board as not bring in players for certain areas needed . They play Arsenal their next game . As for us be tough one at Ajax .

I would love if kt would stay at celtic to end his career some but we can judge him but if he's happy to stay with us then I'd really appreciate it if he could stay with us but he's only young still though so I'm happy fur kt to come back to us but he has to do is own thing though 😊
