What's your expectations of Mason Mount this season then? Everything of course revolves around him staying fit but if he does, I get the feeling he could be one of the surprises of the season in a good way.
Nice video, Sam! I think he’ll be a good addition to the team if he can stay fit. I will rather he plays well this season so we can recoup some of the money we invested in purchasing him. I think we should look towards selling him irrespective of how that ends up.

I got a Mount shirt last season. Always been familiar with his game. I think he’s a star player. I really really believe in him. I pray he’s injury free all season. He inspires me so much.

i really like the idea of when there's a adaptation when the 3-4-2-1 isn't working he would cook as a false 9 in 3-4-1-2. but he definitely thrives as an CAM. even Box to Box when he is fit.

The interesting thing to me there was the news of his personalised off-season training regime. It shows that the backroom changes at Utd are starting to make a difference. We could have a surprise hero emerging from the treatment room.

I really like this guy, I've been backing him for years, even while he was at Chelsea and even from some Chelsea fans! I hope he can keep his fitness and get his UTD career well underway, he's a brilliant player when enabled.

The only thing that can prevent Mount from having a really impactful season is if he gets another injury. And I think only Mount and his doctor are in a position to really have a somewhat educated guess on how likely another injury is. So we'll just have to hope the injuries are a thing of the past. If he's injury free, I have no doubt he will get back to the player he was 4-5 years ago. I really like how competitive it's gonna be for pretty much every spot on the pitch this season. These players are gonna have to turn up fully for every practice session or risk being rested while someone else gets to play.

Mount always gives 110% every second he's on the pitch. I reckon he just got burned out while at Chelsea, then the injuries followed. Hopefully, if he's rested he will do well.
