Just another amazing interview. I thought about it a lot, and i came to the conclusion that coaches at grassroots see some sessions online, copy them and think this will instantly produce magic on game day. Nobody does shape, nobody understands tactics, but they all want to learn. For me it all comes from two things, being able to dance and working the correct body mechanics in the warm up. Nobody works on balance on both feet, or the lower leg, posterior chain, explosive toes etc.
