      The idea of Fred or Mctominey playing at the base of a diamond? What stars show you they have a) the tactical nouse to stay in position, or b) the passing ability to progress the ball? Neither of them can play that role.

      they need to buy more then one or midfielders. pogba is leaving , matic , mata , lingard & fred all need to be replaced van de beek wants to leave too so that's five spots needed to be filled possibly six

      Its nothing less than dream if aurelein joins sscrwed up manchester united than the title challenging liverpool!! i mean seriously I dont get what can pursuaed him joining us at old trafford!! such is the screwed up state of club.. expect us to miss out on top4 and for good an end to ronnaldo saga.. no champion league.. so i dont see him joining us!!

      I watched that game, Tchouameni swallowed Gavi with boots. Because Pogba cant defend.
      I hope ManU will do at least one thing right and transfer him. He is 2 levels better than Rice in terms of Value-perfornance ratio. Tchou + Neves would be FIRE

      The best suited midfielders are Rice and neves perfect number 8 and number 6 b/c they are pl proven, rice great ball winner and long ball distributer and neves is verry creative passer long, short and through pass then united midfeild is fixed if they buy another midfielders they will end up like fred.

      Getting someone who can sit is more crucial than a presser, Fred and mctominay aren’t great but that’s what they’re decent at, they need a decent partner who is a good passer and can screen well

      Did playing alongside Tchouameni, we could get the best out of Pogba?? I mean in France they played with Back 3 or 5, while in United they played with back 4…

      I desperately want to see Midfield three of Pogba Bruno and 1 DM

      UNited need another midfielder mainly for depth, qulity of mctominay fred etc is fine for the 442( its not a fucking 4222 ffs) the issue has continued to be the forward 4 players arent doing enough on or off the ball.

      We need better and more technical players. Most of our games would be against lower position players, so we need progressive players.

      talk about something more realistic and ideal.how can you say fred and mctominay are up to manutd standard? you talk about rashford being quality but he hasn’t been to standard for a very long time. also dude stop using knee pads and mouthwash when it comes to maguire

      1 midfielder isn't going to do it. Need 2 in at least so next season will be a lot smoother

      I personally don't think this would work because Mctominay isn't really a holding midfielder. I think united should go for a defensive mid who sits closer to the back line while Fred or Mctominay press.

      Soon young talented players will learn that Man Utd is the graveyard for potentially gifted young players. This guy is just another kid who will regret this decision

      At present it's best to use Matic for first half then use McTominay or Fred for the second half next to Pogba for the time been & get Pogba's recommended choice Aurélien Tchouaméni + Renato Sanches & Amadou Haidara in January cos they're ready to play Now otherwise Mario Lemina & Yves Bissouma are proven Choices.

      How to realistically transform united into a title competing side again? Sign Tchouameni, tie Pogba to contract. World class partnership in midfield. Swap martial with Kounde. Drop Maguire and Pair with Varane. World class central defence. I would go for Dembele on a free. Play instead of Rashford. Sancho on the right wing. Ronaldo up front. Develop Dalot in the weakest right back position. Very achievable.
