Rubin is a good player, but is inconsistent, and doesn’t always produce. And…he’s playing in League One. Do we really want Wales to go back to fielding lower league players? I love to see him playing for Cardiff, but I don’t think he’s anywhere near international standard at the moment.
Rubin was involved in the investigation against Bellamy at Cardiff academy not being called up is a personal decision
