Please remember boys and girls… Hitting is a philosophy and not a science.. This is what worked for Alex Rodriquez.. This will not work for everyone. If you have a swing exactly like his, a body built exactly like his, a brain that is exactly like his then this advice will work for you, if not then train accordingly… with that said there is a lot what he says that translate for MOST people

Alex is awesome but I think I only disagree with him about the whole staring at the ball on the ground after you hit off the tee… Yes no head movement is good but you gotta look forward not down your are literally training your eye muscle memory incorrect by not looking towards the mound weather it's a real game situation or cage work.. I don't know someone convince me otherwise please I'm genuinely confused about that
