Morning Matty. And some of the fanbase thought Rodon was too expensive at £10m? Best £10m Leeds have recently spent IMO.

I think Rodon and Aaronson have played in every single league match since the start of last season in the championship. Rodon is incredible. What a player. He looks better this season.

I’ll admit that Rodon is proving me wrong and he’s started this season playing a consistent high standard and in some areas added to his game.
He is however far from being the complete CD and comparing him to the likes of Radebe and Woodgate is far too premature.
He is still prone to some errors, few people noticing that he dropped unnecessarily deep allowing a nice hole to be exploited and leading to WHU goal. People have called out Ampadu, with good reason for not tracking the runner and goal scorer but when Amps is pointing like a suggestion the player needs picking up I imagine he expected Joe to be a couple of steps further forward holding the line. So 6 of 1, half a doz of the other but there was a bit of fault on both players.
But he has been a great success so far and hopefully he will improve further and continue such great form as it will be vital to survival in our first year back.

Rodon is an absolute rock, and he goes under the radar so much. Have you noticed that he’s becoming more progressive with his forward play now? He used to be quite side to side, but has improved a hell of a lot. He’s fast becoming a Leeds legend.
