  1. You guys are taking teammates being compassionate for a friend that enjoys playing together with severity of injury i think. Its easy to read into something that we are used to seeing but these guys have grown close quickly

  2. We don't know how bad the "sprain" is, but grade 3 MCL sprain is still completely torn. So, it's possible that Campbell felt the pop and figured it was his ACL, which requires surgery, whereas an MCL has the blood flow to repair itself with proper rehab/treatment in a couple of months. Campbell could be on the field in several weeks with a big Donjoy brace despite possible popping that MCL ligament. Not the best option, but possible. The real definition of a sprain possibly being misunderstood or used to misdirect because it could mean a sore knee for a few weeks (grade 1) or a complete tear (grade 3). Saying its "sprained" could mean one or the other, but I think the reaction from Campbell and the team on Sunday points to latter.

  3. Given how New England's offense ranks in pressures, are we overstating the impact of this injury? Campbell is a good lineman but the drop-off may not be as steep as we're being led to believe.

  4. He probably thought the injury was worse than it actually was. Professionals (doctors)looked at Will's injury, and the other lineman out of respect, didn't say anything as a result of the culture created by Vrabel. Where they're going to keep it in-house and not let the media manipulate the story.

  5. How do you explain Campbells reaction that is an easy question. I might self played basketball most of my life and had a torn ACL. When an injury like that happens or something like that to you automatically think the worst. Especially when you never had happened before.
