Brian is showing his favoritism. Aside from the league punishment the team NEEDS to impose some sort of accountability. Brian needs to trust his kids to step in and replace Nouhou, he always talks about “next man up” but when it needs to happen, he always backpedals. Do better at holding players accountable Brian! As far as what the coaches can do better to avoid second halves like Wednesday is ROTATE. F-ING. PLAYERS. Roldan and Obed have played pretty much every available minute and you can see they are SPENT.
Nouhou is clearly a flawed player. You get fierce 1 on 1 defending from him and nothing else. He's constantly waving his arms and making gestures at his own team mates if he makes a run and doesn't get the ball played to him. That's clearly immature. The only reason he can play for us is that Schmetzer plays a 4 back defense. Nouhou can play 1 on 1 out wide, but his positional play leaves much to be desired. If we were to go to a 3 back defense with Nouhou on the pitch, he would be a liability. His offensive skill set is nil. He has no "moves" or cleverness on offense. He's just fast which is a great quality, but you don't get better by working on your best qualities. You get better by working on and improving you weaknesses. Nouhou is not getting better, but he is getting the attention from the crowd which seems to be what he wants. As Schmetzer pointed out, he needs to play for the other 10 guys on the pitch and stop the dramatic baloney on the field to get attention. I always felt having a drama queen in your starting line up playing for the Oooh's and Ahhh's of the crowd is detrimental to the team. Learning involves seeing clearly what you have to do to improve and removing those things that are holding you back. Nouhou's stubbornness and immaturity is holding him back. Personally, I don't think he'll ever be even half way decent on offense. He just doesn't have to cleverness or the instincts to be effective on offense. It's ironic because as a defender he does well to neutralize attackers. Perhaps just that lone physical gift of being a speedy player works much more to his advantage defending and much less to his advantage with the ball at his feet when he doesn't have the cleverness to be creative. Everything I've said is why Schmetzer plays Reid. Reid is young and has made some mistakes of his own, but he does have a clue about what he needs to do to contribute to the offensive attacker on his side of the field where as Nouhou really doesn't…

This is not the players/owners/coaches team while they’re granted the privilege to dictate and run things, it’s our the fans club this club and crest will still be here 40 years from now hopefully. Keep pissing off the fans your 40k team will drop to 30k to 20k and so on. Majority of us its unacceptable.
