I'm American and want Thiago Silva to KO Rashad. I think Silva is the future of the UFC. He's a killer in the 205 div, yeah he lost to machida but hes gonna evolve and come back stronger. Brizilian fighters are very exciting and tough as nails. BRASIL FTW!
Sad to say it, but Rashad won fair and square, throughout the whole fight I was cringing waiting for the knock-out from Thiago, because it was his only hope.
To say the least, he did have 3 slipped discs, and facing off against a wrestler doesn't help, but I think that if he trains to stuff the take-down or have better octagon control, Thiago can take the title. If you guys think he had a tough time against Rashad, wait until he faces off against someone like Shogun. We will all complain then 🙁
shogun will win again rashad but im sure rashad is gonna put that wrestling against him like rampage.. if he wins the belt then rampage needs to beat machida if he does that then i think rampage vs evans 2 will be a title fight… but rampage is facing a bruce lee of brazil i mean machida is fast but he can be beaten the question is can rampage show the world that he wants the belt back as bad as he says… he has 2 PROVE it machida is INSANE
the diffrence between these 2 cats is rashads game plan, thiago silva jus beleive he was better but rashad put together a really good plan to shut down thiago thats why rashad won
@jiminirvana thats true mate… but thiago was suffering back problems which cost him the fight until round three where he exploded and almost destroyed rashad evans. he still kept on fighting despite this though, thats the true mark of a fighter. no matter where, no matter who, keep fighting until the end. ps its silva not silvia sorry it bothered me… ocd what can you do right?
