france is clearly superior, but I think today the score is a bit misleading, a cpl of lucky try due to lucky bounces, Italy quite lots of mistakes, it could have scored at least 1 more try in the first half, anyway the guys have improved a lot, I think now they are competitive which is good for the six nations and for the Italian rugby. I wish Rugby would have more cover from national tv and newspapers, which is non existent atm, it's a beautiful sport, if only would be supported at a tv level I m sure a lot of Italians would fall in love, but atm, remains a sport practiced only in northern Italy, it's crazy that 67% of the Italian team comes from 2 teams in northern Italy

Hats down to both teams. Italy can be proud of the battle they gave the French and the score doesn't reflect the game. With this spirited game and England's poor level the Italians might even be favourites for the game in Rome.

La Francia ha vinto esattamente facendo il gioco che avrebbe voluto fare l'Italia solo che loro sono stati molto più bravi a noi non resta che imparare imparare ed imparare dalle migliori squadre che ci affrontano ogni anno. Comunque in ogni partita bisogna essere al top ed avere anche un po' di fortuna infatti la palla è ovale non a caso. Diciamo che al 70° il risultato era ancora 19 – 8 e l'Italia tentava di arrivare almeno ad un altra meta per il punto di bonus ma è stata anche sfortunata ed ha dovuto giocare in 13/14 per gli ultimi 9/10 minuti e con un uomo in meno la Francia è andata a nozze marcando due mete in superiorità numerica.

After watching this match and England's other games, I think the Red Rose will end up with four losses out of five this year.
Even the magnificent Pollock and the wonderful Marcus Smith won't prevent their team from finishing second to last in this tournament. Strange for a team that was ranked third in the IRB rankings just before the tournament.
