  1. the major glaring hole in this no sorry the 3 glaring holes……bruce lee wasnt alive when mma was a thing the guy in yellow in the ring clearly isnt bruce lee and also the picture in the ad is click bait because the picture isnt a representation of the video put true content on noy crap voice over fake footage

  2. Chuck Norris' professional record is 183-10-2. Bruce Lee had several opportunities to do an exhibition with him, and chose not to every time. Bruce Lee is the biggest Bullshido master that ever was or ever will be.

  3. I legit remember practicing the 1 inch punch and testing it out on friends that would let me do it. (we also drop kicked each other with padding and tried to Double Jump IRL lol) After much study and practice I was able to knock them down with the 1 inch punch and they were confused how you could generate so much power from so little movement. Best way I could describe it is transferring the push from your back foot to your fist. basic punch mechanics ye? but so many don't fully understand nor apply it.

  4. I do not understand this fascination with Bruce Lee. He was not a professional fighter having only one professional fight. He was 5' 8" and 140 lbs. A professional boxer would destroy him in a very short time and going up against a large man his punches would have very little effect. He was very good at marketing himself.

  5. that first bit – the one inch punch… is nothing more than a push. of course someone standing upright with feet together is going to fall backward when they get pushed i don't wish to denigrate a great…. but really?
