      I liked Marcus's strategy the first couple rounds. When Beterbiev cornered him on the ropes he was sit their for a second, shoot, and then use his footwork to escape. But in the rounds after, putting the ear muffs on against Beterbiev was not the right move. Beterbiev was winning the earlier close rounds like 3 and 4 off activity. Then he really started to win once Marcus wore down. Kudos to Beterbiev he was able to continue with his conditioning after the cut, whereas it looked like the cut really affected Marcus and he started to wear down quicker, maybe had some vision issues. But if you just sit there Beterbiev's just gonna rack up points throwing from those different angles. Great body work as well
