Kid definitely has technical skills but his long balls are almost on point. Imagine him supplying Saka or Martinelli on a regular basis like this🤯👌
I am slightly worried, its like watching xhaka at the back, slow and immobile with an error in him but good presence and passing range.
Finally, Rob Holding will have a great partner, his composed, calmness and ball playing defender style really like Saliba. Hopefully Arteta sign him soon.

Strengths:
Strength/power
Strong and composed on the tackle
Height/heading
Long/short accurate passes
Vision to play passes into spaces and onto feet
Close ball control(for a defender)
Good anticipation of defensive play
Weaknesses:
Lack of speed(because of his high overall body mass / core strength). He'll struggle against fast wingers/strikers especially as we play a high defensive line(see 5:22 as an example of him being outran). So I wouldn't recommend he persists as a LB, unless the role would be IWB to form a 3 at the back during transition.
Area to improve:
Concentration especially against fast players so he picks his moments for a tackle and not needlessly give away set pieces at dangerous areas or penalties.

When I saw his length, I thought he's going to be the new Mertesacker Lucky for me I was wrong he looks more like the Polish Tony Adams
His leg span is quite long like Saliba. Defense mind, ball playing are also good. The best of the best is that it's good to see the club willing to invest in the defense.

He will be a good covering for us, we have been playing with only three centre backs for a half season now.
