US vs Canada, home plate umpire missed three calls on Harper alone. At least two more balls called strike I remember on US players and at least two on Canada. I felt sorry for him but he impacted the game fo sure, Harper would have most likely walked both at bats where the missed calls happened.

It was boring. But it’s tournament baseball in an elimination round. Small ball plays well till the sleeping giant wakes up.
But even in the MLB, guys like Harper, Schwarber, Judge, Cal Raleigh, all these guys are boring to begin with they have the personality of a wet sponge. This stoic emotionless, dispassionate, never smile type, the strong silent works when they win but sucks when they don't.
