      Pastor began by talking about discipleship and what he called the Father’s business. He made it clear that the Father’s business is God’s plan for ALL men to be saved. That this is the heartbeat of the Father and His pleasure. That alone shifted my perspective.

      Pastor emphasized that even our prayer life should reflect this plan. Prayer is not just about our needs; it should align with God’s desire for all men to be saved. That’s maturity.

      Speaking of maturity, Pastor challenged believers to move beyond a self-centered approach to faith and embrace the big picture of the Father’s plan. True growth means actively engaging in evangelism and ministry, not just enjoying church but participating in God’s agenda.

      I also loved how Pastor clarified the purpose of discipleship. It’s not about instilling fear of hell, and it’s definitely not about idolizing men. Discipleship should equip believers to understand and participate in God’s will and purpose. That balance is powerful.

      When Pastor spoke about miracles, it was so clear: miracles and power demonstrations are not the ministry itself. They are means to ministry. They are pathways into fulfilling the Father’s purpose. That perspective keeps the focus where it belongs.

      Then came the foundation — God’s purpose for man. Pastor reminded us that our purpose is intertwined with God’s purpose: to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Being baptized in the Name means being immersed in the knowledge and presence of God. That was profound.

      And the closing emphasis? Raising believers who are useful to God. Men and women who carry the plan of God, who give themselves to evangelism and prayer, and who fill the earth with the knowledge of His glory.

      This teaching is a call to responsibility. A call to maturity. A call to the Father’s business.
