At normal speed your approach putt will always wander off 3 or 4 feet giving you difficult putts for par. Also if you miss the middle of some greens the ball will roll off the side. My score reflects how easy the greens were playing.
Great video, what a gem , not many courses have deer as hazards. Have you found a decent golf instructor yet , probably hard if they all follow the PGA training manual

Did you take a tour of that swag mansion? Hole 7 is my favorite so far. Looks like you have to be precise on those par 3s. Solid play out there Simon! Would live to see you and Matt battle it out there!
Great vid Simon, the course looks beautiful. You look to be playing really well especially with a stiff neck. It shows how a lower handicap golfer saves so many shots by having a sound chipping technique. You putt with hinging your wrists rather than keeping them locked and swinging from the shoulder, is that deliberate?…it’s interesting to see different approaches. It's a great course – always enjoy playing there. Not sure about the "dry spells" you were talking about. I've never played at the Rolls without waterproofs (and in one instance a complete change of kit between morning and afternoon). +2 is very nice – hope the back 9 is as good.
Lovely course. I've only played it a couple of times. Always around Christmas playing 27 holes in a society. Hopefully will get back up there this month to see what its like in Summer. You are playing very well. Good distance off the tee, which is what my game is struggling with at the moment.
what a great looking course, can just tell the condition it is in as it doesn't look real on camera! A wise man to leave the bees alone as well! Quality course and vlog, well done mate.
