He is a good signing sure, but he has hardly played enough and done enough to warrant being labelled the best signings in years.. And depends how many years you are talking about, Bruno is our best signings post Fergie era, Amad is another top signing, though he took a little while to break into the team, Yoro has been good in the glimpses we have seen of him last season and this season so far, Dorgu has been outstanding for us this season so far and preseason. No doubt he has been a good signing but it would be a stretch to say our best in years, and the fee wasn't 15million pounds, it was 15million euros (12.8million pounds) upfront with 5million euros in add ons (4.3million pounds).. And if some reports are to be believed we are lucky we got him, Bayern had also agreed a deal with West Ham for him and he had also agreed personal terms, but the transfer fell through at the last minute due to being unable to agree agent payments, so we are kind of lucky we got him at all..
