Gay actor Michael Douglas
Në të gjitha filmat Xhek është shumë origjinal, por në këtë film unë kujtova se ishte vërtetë i sëmurë mendor, isha shumë e re dhe kam qarë.😅❤❤❤❤

I'm I the only one that thought Nurse Ratched was hot?
for those confused wondering what michael had to do with the film. michael apparently was a producer for the film.
Michael looking good. I seem to recall he had got so old, from pictures of him, but now he is looking really well. Weird. But good.
When the Chief threw the sink through the window i was crying and screaming at the same time!
The only difference between an actor and an insane person is they break for lunch.
His voice now reminds of Fry from Futurama. Lol.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Jack hadn't been exposed to this level of extreme method acting
Dougles didnt know they were criminally crazy, nicholson didnt know they were insane at all 😂 oh those good old ai and cgi free days, when making movies were always a dangerous but real work with real stuff being included in the production
And there's Jack, a barely contained loon himself.
He said they don't stop acting😂😂😂😂😂
Yup Jack, they are NUTS.
Hilarious?
I didn't even know Douglas was in the film.
MD is one of my favorites
Is that where Michael Douglas first got to know Devito? They worked together a ton after that.
Amusing, not hilarious
One of my most favorite movies that I have a difficult time watching any more. I was living in Salem while Cukoo's Nest was being filmed. I moved away and in 2010 I moved back. I was a veteran Orkin Man and the Oregon State Hospital was my account. I got to go there once a week. The buildings where the movie was filmed were still there but were scheduled to be torn down and a more modern facility put in place. The only thing from the movie that was not being removed was the basketball court. Seeing that overwhelmed me, as did my occasional inspections of those old buildings. OSH is a fabulous institution. There were places that I could not inspect without a guide. One such place was where they kept the criminally insane women. They would not allow me to go in there without a chaperone because they said that would be the last they would see of me if I went in alone!
Some of the greatest Hollywood stories I heard involved Jack Nicklaus.
"Cuckoo's Nest" was an amazing and funny film! Jack Nicholson kills it in the role of "R.P. McMurphy" and his Oscar win was well deserved! 😎👍👏👏👏❤️
I was setting up a video projector and sound system for a backyard showing the DVD of "Beetlejuice" for twenty or more guests at a good friend's party. I said to the host, I brought along three other DVD movies that are quite special to me, please let me pitch these to the guests and he said OK. I talked to the guests with a short description of each movie: "Harold and Maude", "The Apartment", and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", the guests all agreed to view Cuckoo's Nest. One twelve year old boy came up to me almost in tears and said that he was so disappointed that we weren't watching Beetlejuice, and I said if you don't like Cuckoo's Nest, I'll buy him a DVD of Beetlejuice. After the showing, the same kid came up to me and said, "that was the best movie I have ever seen"! David Riddle
Brad Dourif, Christopher Lloyd, Danny Devito, Jack Nicholson Michael Douglas,
Chuckles, Doc, Lou (from Taxi), Jack (from Chinatown), and um… the guy from both Instinct & Attraction?
Who played Ratchet & got the Oscar?
Was it … Turner? Dunaway? Crawford? A 1st or 2nd gen of a Hollywood 2, 3, 4, or even 5-member Hollywood family?
We just watched this exquisite movie Friday night, I remember my parents watching it on cable, I was maybe 10 years old or so, and it looked horrible, so I just passed thru and hung out in my room. My husband sent me a list of the 100 best movies of all time and it was on there, literally the only movie I was remotely interested in watching that I hadn’t already seen. 10/10 highly recommend, I already want to watch it again, we viewed it on YouTube, the digitally remastered version was only $5 or so, I loved everyone in it, Christopher Lloyd, Danny DeVito, Will Sampson (Chief) Louise Fletcher as Nurse Ratchet, and really everyone was brilliant, Jack Nicholson truly was the perfect person for that role. The ending was so poignant and exactly how I would want my outcome to be if I had been in his shoes.
Full circle Michael produced that film that won Jack his first Oscar then 12 years later they were both nominated and Michael won his for wall street
As a lifelong Oregonian, I’ve always called the Oregon State Hospital, the nuthouse.
who are this people, how could they be such good actors.
