i don't take stock in what Chris Simms says or what anyone says about the Saints. They hate the Saints because we are a smaller city and we don't make the money for the NFL that bigger cities do. It isn't about who is best but about who makes the NFL the most money. And they will always claim we only won the superbowl in 2010 because it was a pity win for our Katrina disaster. They discredit Drew Brees and many don't even have Brees in top 10 even though he literally broke every record possible in less years than Tom Brady (Correct me if i am wrong)

Seahawks fan here, and I've got Tyler in the early 20s, maybe 22. Obviously with room to grow. His ceiling though is probably 10-12, but you can win a ring with that as evidenced with Hurts/Darnold.

1) Terrible take by Simms on multiple levels. Did he actually watch Shough?
2) Of all the NFL analysts from major media outlets, I find it the most perplexing why Chris Simms has a job. He’s SO bad and SO wrong way too often
Saints o-line was a mess with injuries last season when Shough played. He was down to 6th and 7th string receivers. Those sack numbers were NOT on him. Anyone who actually watched the Saints has a clue about that
I agree with your assessment of Shough. As of now, an amazing season would put him midway through your A-tier by next January and a regression could put him in the D-tier by year’s end. If I had to guess, I’d put him somewhere in the middle of that by year’s end (B-tier).
I have not crowned ts yet he started playing in the soft end of our season .but I did like what I seen when he played so to me he is still a rookie can’t wait to see him play a full season
