  1. You know, no one gave credit to Aaronson pressuring Gomez into that horrific back pass in Leeds 1st goal against Liverpool. He even gave an arm signal to charge the keeper as he did it. Brendan knew exactly what he was doing.

  2. i loves me some brenden aaronson, great interview, thanks!
that being said…if, when he has the ball, he played with a bit more control instead of just speed, he (and leeds) would achieve a far higher rate of results. there's objectively no question that he's already a great player, and he's got that hustle on lockdown, but if he added precision commensurate with his quality, he'd be utterly unstoppable. …and also not be falling-over on every foul, he's stronger than he appears.

  3. About time the Medford Messi gets his due from Rog. Lovin it. 😜 We're from Philly, Phuckin Philly. No one likes us. We don't care. UNION

  4. You’re such a great interviewer! Always make your guests feel comfortable and ask interesting questions. Love Aaronson. He’s so well spoken and easy to cheer for. Hope he has a wonderful career!

  5. Some credit to Pulisic for Brendan's goal against Chelsea. If it was not for Pulisic playing for Chelsea, Brendan likely would not be watching Chelsea and be so familiar with Mendy on the ball.

  6. It must be killing Aaronson to not have more assists by now at Leeds. That said, he doesn't show frustration. He has ice water in his veins. A ballsy Yank who makes me proud that he hails from the same state I do.

  7. An absolute pleasure watching this young man play with such joy and passion. Excellent, excellent interview too. Thank you Men in Blazers!

  8. Another excellent interview, really enjoyed it 🤙🏼

Very excited to see Brendan continue growing and performing as a USMNT player and in the Premier League.

  9. While to some degree there probably is a stigma attached to American players.. but what I think Americans aren’t able to grasp (most likely because the “main” sports in the US are pretty much centred on America) is football is a global sport with tons of players from different backgrounds playing on the same team and pitch..

If your good it doesn’t matter where you are from.. this need to “pave the way” is honestly over played.. you will be successful on your talent not where you are from

  10. I was just like Brenden when I was playing. I was a small skinny bundle of energy and I'd go home after the game with basketball size bruises on my arms and knees almost every week. I remember one time during the quarters of a AYSO tournament I got flipped over and my entire right side was black and blue. I played the next day after with my body screaming in pain, but still pulled in a shift and got an assist. The other team knew I got hurt and they would be bodying me the entire 3 quarters I was in

  11. what a stud! love his aggressiveness and the pressure he puts on defenders and keepers which have led to mistakes and then goals for leeds, keep it up!!

  12. Isn't it funny how he reveals that Europe has more competitive, "cutthroat" sports??? US sports are so corrupt, they allow the Detroit Lions to be a tier 1 NFL team. Owners make 100s of millions every year, and are allowed to be trash. Relegation is why European football is so great
