Ugarte is a very good anchoring man. I don't know why but he is not fitting under Ruben. Ugarte is a class player and underrated but I'll say he needs to look for a new club

The true is hes crap. Hes a 1995 player playing in 2025. I've heard players being criticised as "side to side" before but this literally "side" the only thing he is reliable at doing is receiving the ball and passing it the same way hes facing when hes receiving it and even that can take him more than 2 touches

He is a player who lacks confidence and not a flop he will be a good player in the future. He has all the thing a DM should have.
The guy is a gem and just needs some of that old dust shaken off. As a fellow Uruguayan I see the problem too, and trust also makes me cringe. Hopefully this diamond is on the verge of breakout tourney this summer. Matter of fact the whole Uruguayan team is in trouble. Jugadores who till recently were first team players at their clubs are now substitutes, we have no world class striker, and a coach unwilling to allow his tactics to evolve organically, individually.

Se dedican a ensuciar jugadores a matarlos psicologicamente para que bajen su rendimiento. La mayoría de la gente no usa mucho su materia gris y repite como un loro lo que la "mayoria" dice y eso se traslada a las canchas y al entorno de los jugadores que terminan no aguantando la presión y con la autoestima por el piso. No hicieron eso y están haciendo eso a muchos jugadores uruguayos???

Hasta el año anterior decían que era brillante.Los clubes ingleses destrozan jugadores sudamericanos,los acusan de racismo,etc para dar ejemplo…Ninguno debería ir a ese pais
