It's an accurate rating, he's being ranked way too high by New Orleans media and glazed over nine games against mostly weak teams in 2025, he hasn't beaten a team that finished above .500 yet so let's slow our roll or else we'll see an imminent sophomore slump and Shough's "aura" vanish quickly

Some of Shough's most eye-catching plays last season were when things are falling apart and he managed to make something happen. He is not afraid to navigate a pocket. But, sometimes he'd take a sack trying to find something

Diehard Louisville fan here born and raised just wanna provide some context to Shoughs throw aways here at Louisville you have to go back to the year before when we have Jack Plummer at QB & he would not throw the ball away to save the possession or stay in field goal range he would run around in the backfield a lot then just take the sack which we know is no good in certain situations so Jeff Brohm ( HC Louisville ) made it a point of emphasis to have Shough throw the ball away when he could he even talked about it press conferences when saying what he wanted from Shough when he got here so I can only imagine he was beating that into him in meetings and In games I think it goes to show how coachable Shough is I hope that helps clear things up
Very informative vid. Looks like Tyler has to improve by simply throwing the ball away. An elite Qb has a low P2S and a low TWP rate. Stafford and Purdy and Caleb Williams are top 3. However, Caleb went worst (32nd) to 3rd in one year. So I’m sure Tyler will be fine. He only played at Louisville for 1 season. And the Saints 1/2 season. Both lines were bad, facts. Unexpected pressure rates were high. Meaning TS dealt with OGs getting blown up often. Anyway, TS does need to improve P2S.
