We used to plan, create an identity and finalise with 3 maybe 4 marquee signings but after the spade work is done or the foundation has been laid. I feel like it's crazy to be a Liverpool fan nowadays chasing big money signings and all. As we should, we are the biggest club in England after all.
However I don't want a repeat of the Arne Slot reign when we just hit the ground running but later find cracks in the foundation.
