      Arsenal ownership dont want to spend money,they are greedy Americans.It was big club before ,now average team with average players.Big players avoid Arsenal .Budget is limited but ticket prices are high.Im not expecting too much in transfer window,nothing big will not happen.Every day I can read :Arsenal target is: .Actually,their targets are expensive and not affordable .That is why Arsenal struggling even against smaller teams (all respect to smaller teams),CL is higher level for Arsenal.At this moment ,they cannot reach it. Just a desire.

      The list is okay but considering our recent transfer experience, I don't think we can go for UMTITI and SANE. The rest are looking affordable in principle.

      Baily was badly managed in United he was really good before he went to United if he can find the form he was in for United signed him I don’t mind having him in Arsenal

      Don't be an optimist, Arsenal fc don't sign anyone unless anyone is rejected by the big clubs. Ozil rejected by real Madrid, Sanchez by Barcelona, Mkhitaryan by United, Welbeck by United…. The list goes on and on. It's not because Arsenal is the best team in the best city, because, Arsenal FC is owned by the greedy people who have no love for the beautiful game. I lost my hope Arsenal can challenge for any cup on any competition due to the luck of investment on players.
