Honestly this Silva transfer so far seems like an outright impossibility so far. We've got enough problems already as it is. I don't see us managing this deal. Xavi must just move on and accept we won't get him. I feel like we can still do well with the squad we have even if De Jong was to go. As for Braithwaite, he must be kept in that team frozen. 5m my left foot. If he was to get 5m its equivalent to the 5m net he will get over the upcoming 2 years. He must be kept in that team for the next 2 years training hard without playing. There's nothing special about him for us to give him 5m
Why do we keep looking for another LB? Makes no sense when balde has proven himself and is already competing with alba. There's not many that are better than him in the window. This season can be crucial for his development and we want to send him out on loan?
I'm glad Memphis is most likely staying. It would be stupid to lose both Aubameyang and Memphis… you lose depth with that move, and put pressure on Ansu and Dembele who can both get injured at any moment 👀. And has Barca registered Kounde yet? My gosh!!!!!
I believe the fans that think Foyth isn't good enough haven't seen him play. I like to remind everyone that Villareal with Foyth playing a big part in that team last year knocked out Bayern. Foyth isn't going to bomb down that right flank like Dani Alves but he will bring solidarity which is what Xavi counts on.
If we sell Aubamayang and Depay then you rather throw Braithwaite in the 2nd team and keep him there as an emergency back up which ironically is why he’s here in the first place. Especially with Ansu and Ferran’s injury history.
