I sure hope the USMNT doesn't expect too much going into Qatar 2022 when only beating El Salvador 1-0. All due respect to El Salvador, but the smaller countries from Europe, like Belgium, Denmark, Portugal, Croatia and Holland, are going to kick the living shit out of them with play like this. That's not even mentioning England, Germany, Spain, Italy and France. They need to stop looking at the FIFA ratings trying to convince themselves they're an elite team and start playing like an elite team.
LOL USA dominate Canada very badly? When Canada had more shots on goal 4 to 3, total shots were only 13 to 8 for USA, and the more important thing is that the only reason USA had more possession on this game was because the Canadian gameplan was to concede possession and attack the U.S. on the counter attack, the only reason they did that is because they were missing the best player in Concacaf in Alphonso Davies and they were also missing their leader in the mid-field in Stephen Eustaquio! Trust me if both were playing this game at home, Canada game plan would had change and they would had dominated this game, like they have in the past at home!
"They couldn't handle our physicality. That's plain and simple," Berhalter said. "We were running them all over the pitch and when you look at duels won, when you look at our pressing — they had a very, very hard time dealing with what we were giving them." Another lie by the coach…. According to ESPN Stats and Information, Canada won 50.7% of the duels in the game!
I'm smiling at USMNT Coach Gregg Berhalter asking CONCACAF for participation ribbons for each of his players for having the greater possession time in the U.S. loss vs. Canada.

Go… United States…

I still think he is the wrong coach. I attribute the wins to the players, not the coach.
The score should have been 3-0
3G forever!
Glad Gregg rates Richards. Think he could be huge in the coming years and fully develops.

We were very lucky. This trainer is extremely lucky.
I want a new coach. Not this clown.
This man with his mistakes every time. I'm sick of this man.
El Salvador has a good coach, but the US played very well!!
