Would be a good signing, dude is an absolute beast physically, can play CD, CDM and box to box. And despite what everyone is saying, he made some unreal games since he's back from injury, so he clearly still got it.
I agree, he has the most influence as a box to box. Because he's fast, strong, makes huge steps and is a decent dribbler. However you could also use him in that Kante role where he just destroys the opponents play with his long legs.
He's a great tackler, no matter what the stats say, it's maybe even the strongest part of his play. It's just that he doesn't need to go on the ground as much because of his long legs.
He's no passer, mate. If you want a playmaker Zakaria isn't for you.
The player you actually need is Granit Xhaka. Just saying.

Don't get me wrong Zakaria is a steal for 5 mill, but there are massive concerns over his injuries &if his ankle could withstand the pace & intensity of prem
Zakaria isn't same after injuries &he isn't a consistent starter for gladbach
But as long as we follow this signing with someone like tchouameni & tielemans then fine but will the board buy 2-3 midfielders
