To see Marina Zueva in the "Kiss & Cry" with the extraordinary D&W is bittersweet of seeing her with Gordeeva & Grinkova, the greatest pair team in history, imo. What an amazing legacy.
A pure joy to behold. They look like they are having so much fun. They looked smashing and radiant. Loved Charlie's Tux and Meryl's dress. I was ecstatic they chose My Fair Lady and "I Could Have Danced All Night." I could have watched them all night! Then they clinched the Gold with Scheherazade! Wow! Loved it. They made the U.S. proud. The first Ice Dance Gold medal for the U.S. Thanks for posting. 4/3/22
The whole idea about V&M being the "artists" and D&W being the "athletes" was nonsense. That was used as an excuse by Canadian commentator, Tracy Wilson, here to help V&M save face after losing to D&W for two straight years leading into these Olympics. As if D&W didn't have any artistry at all–ridiculous. D&W were the total package.

Charlie and Meryl are so quick on their feet. Their skating is superb. They have a very classic style.
