As long as we qualify for the Champions league next season, it doesn't matter on what basis the qualification is decided. Although I don't understand why can't the decision be simply based on the current standings which I personally feel is the best option among the lot !

I think the fairest system is just where you are now is what you get, there’s been enough games played now to get a decent estimate as to where teams will finish and obviously this isn’t completely fair but imo it’s the best method

As long as it’s completed before the expiry of player contracts then I think it’s best to try and play the games. But if they can’t complete it, as sucky as it may be for some teams, do it based on games played already or even do it based on the first half of the season so it’s only the first 19 games and every team would have played every other team once…
I’d like to see Ampadu replace Zouma or Christensen for next season, would be good to see Ampadu and Tomori learning from Rüdiger and one of Zouma/Christensen/quality centre back signing…
Assists and goals aren’t the stats you should use to show how good a midfielder is. It’s everything else that shows how good a our midfielder is.
we need some one experienced at the back to pair with zouma, tomori or Christensen, who can lead the defence like john terry did. ampadu needs one more season loan move for his own betterment.
I would like to see Ampadu in midfield. Our strengths are in midfield, we have potential in defence and have decent quality wingers. Our weakness by positions are the fullbacks (left specifically), striker and arguably the goal keeper.
Why could not Ampadu win a place on loan ? He may need more regular football on loan in England before Chelsea. He is a wonderful person💙
