If Wenger stays more than next season he will suffer years of not getting a run in the first team then when his chance comes will get injured after scoring five goals in three games and be continually on the bench for most of every season following that

i'd like him to play 1st team first, see if he can convert ozil's assists in to goal because thats what arsenal really need
