DJ won that second fight. The judges completely scored the fight on the old rules and gave a ton of reward to the takedowns. No submission or ground and pound landed.

Even though none of liked his Cringe gimmick, it worked. If he had continued without it, right now he'd be "that guy who won two belts yet we cant remember his name" without it. There's sadly already a lot of champions who have been forgotten because they had no personality/brand to stick out

The CCC vs Marlen was my fist live in person UFC. I have been a CCC fan ever since. The turn around was truly amazing to see, it looked like he had no chance against Saitama and then bashed him against the canvas.
Great to see Triple C's record getting the credit it deserves. And as someone who actually likes the cringe gimmick, I think what makes it enjoyable is that Henry is self-aware. It's tongue-in-cheek, he knows he looks and sounds like an idiot and he plays up to it, instead of trying to be someone he's not. I respect it.
