  1. Haha! I don’t think any punch SBW had in his locker would have made any dent in Healy! Irish front rowers are seriously tough as are NZ backs….especially the ones that have boxed professionally. Handbags and I for one was glad, they both got with the game.

  2. Love SBW but in a fight I think healy would win… In a boxing fight I thinkSBW would win with ease…

Also as a side note. The great SBW is in my country right now training with Andy Lee who is one our very few world. Champion boxers.. Like pretty much all new Zealand people. He is super humble just like Joe Parker

  3. SBW is a handy boxer and an all round hard man. Healy has that Mike Tyson like build and a really me acing look about him coupled with that front row stick your head in where it hurts mentality. I boxed and played rugby in my younger years and I have to say I would'nt like to take on SBW in the boxing ring or pack down against Healy in a scrum!! That said, if it came to blows between them then I couldn't say who would win, but it would be a fucking epic tussle while it lasted!!

  4. SBW was a great player, but like 99.999% of islanders he didn't have an ounce of brain in his 120kg. Brick wall battering ram, job description.

  5. I don't know, or care, who "would" win a fight between Sonny Bill Williams and Cian Healy, but I have to observe how hysterical it is that a bunch of Kiwis in these comments think Sonny Bill Williams is/was a professional boxer. I guess its true that most people don't understand that sport even a little. SBW was a celebrity "white collar boxer" fighting old men and hobos. I'm sure he would be a formidable dude to get into a fight with in the real world – but he couldn't box for shit.
