      I think I'd rather spread the 55million on a solid premier league tested defender, although I would be happy with Lamar don't get me wrong, Keith looks like a good player as well and might take some of the pain away from Coutinho going

      We need a dominant central defender. Van Dijk would be ideal. Let's hope that we can close a deal before the transfer deadline.

      If we can't get Lemar, bid for Lucas Moura from PSG? If Mbappe does end up joining, they are probably willing to sell, possibly cheap. Still young and still a fantastic talent.

      Signing lemar has no downside at all, we are lacking depth in many positions and by signing this player who fits our style and play. If origi needs to.make way then it has to happen. We must sign a player before the end of the window , someone who will play in the mid attacking position so lemar fits that

      Also I disagree, if u look to that Portugal team that won the euros , Sanches played a key role in many games pushing the ball up into key positions where the fowards would roam and pick times to run at the defenders . I think Sanches will contribute right now under the right coach and system. And plenty of teams have won using young players mixed with top talent. Sanches would fit perfectly.

      Arsenal were linked with Lemar for a while and if we get him, it shows how much we have grown since Sanchez went to Arsenal instead of us and we signed Balotelli

      I think FSG would rather sell couthino next August just after the world cup. That is when they will get the most money for him.  I think its klopp that want to sell couthino and replace him with Lamar now.   If we get lamar and FSG don't sell couthino I think couthino will Struggle to get into the team for the big games.   We know Klopp personality.  He doesn't like big players.  We saw how annoyed he used to get when we kept going on about Sturridge.  He did his best to pick origi over Sturridge in the early stages and even converted Firmino to a false 9.  We seen what happened to bentake & Sackhotwo players that spoke out against klopp slightly.   It all about the person with klopp.  Now couthino has faked that back injury he is done.  Its only FSG that is keeping Couthino relevant.
