  1. I always get encouraged by Kai to drop the weight a bit and start focusing more on the muscle and streching and contracting and so on. And sometimes I lose this idea and go a little too heavy and a new video apears and reinspires me think straight and stay true to the cause. Thanks Kai, I hope I will meet you someday. Cheers!

  2. people say that the only reason kai dont get tierd, but that the kid does is becouse of all the roids he's takin, is just stupid shiit to say. Think about this; Kai have trained for over 30 years of he's life. And the kid was… 18? That meens that kai started a whole decade before the parents to the kid even tought of making him.

  3. Honestly I'm so tired of everyone talking shit about steroids. Yes you feel more strong, yes you can go longer/harder. Why does everyone have to repeat that shit all the time? I enjoy watching bodybuilders work hard, everyone uses certain stuff to get big, even "natural" bodybuilders. All sorts of unhealthy shit wich isn't banned though. It doesn't matter how much steroids you take you will not get big without working hard, without good form and without determination.

    Give him props for that. If you hate steroids and want to hate on it create some sort of group of people who complain about it 24-7 on a forum or a talking gruop and don't watch these or any bodybuilding videos.

I have huge respect for his precision teaching methods and the way he seems to carry himself in most of the footage I see of him, I wish he didn't let them bait him to that nonsense in at the 2014 Mr. Olympia press conference, it seemed so out of character for him to go down that road.  Didn't change my opinion of Kai, people err…If more bodybuilders had his attitude people would see the sport in a much more positive way.

  5. I wish there were audio CD's of Kai talking about fitness and the details of his workouts. I would just listen to those in my car all the time. His preaching gets me so focused and ready.
