  1. Bodybuilders of today are proving you can actually be too big and massive in the core, and it causes the body to be out of proportion and balance. Part of the appeal of the bodybuilder's physique is the symmetry and proper proportion attained while growing the muscle and attaining mass..

  3. Overtraining and poor nutrition can stop and reverse gains. Our central nervous system slowly adapt to increased training so, take a day off when needed,"listen to your body ".

  4. Bodybuilders of those ERA still alive , healthy and walking among us unlike today’s bodybuilding so much in hurry to chase Coffins ⚰️! Real knowledge really killed after bloody Computer 🖥 Era … Books 📖 were real .. Think about it !

  5. Man when i started lifting 1999 i did this ,its a good program for beginners just follow up with good meal plan and supplements

  6. Ive never cared for the Weider method personally. Way too many body parts being worked out in one day especially in the 3 on 1 off routine. Im more into lifting 6 days a week. and cardio 7 days a week. You workout daily BUT you dont overdo yourself to the point of over training. PLUS when doing chest fully you will NOT have the energy to do shoulders or other body parts on the same day. Just my take on it..love the videos though and of course workingout nothing is set in stone we all do everything how we want.

  7. horrible advice on free weights over machines. both serve a purpose and you CAN put on size and strength from both. Come on now. This is why people have such horrible opinions on machines..Bad advice guys..
