Social media has allowed certain people to express their vile side, with virtually no come back, and those 'fans' who have hidden behind anonymity and spread rumours, or verbally abuse the board with personal slagging off is shameful. Board members at any club put their own funds into the running them and generally lose money, and suffer extraordinary stress in the cause of love for the team. Those fans who want to run Partick Thistle should be made to invest their own savings, remortgage their homes etc so that they know what it's like when the shoe's on the other foot. Roughie, you're better off out of it, look after your own health as that's paramount!

I don’t believe for a minute that there will be some Greek style total democracy with every fan voting on every issue – clearly a board will be nominated, elected, & allowed to do their jobs. Your model of becoming a trustee by buying a season ticket was always a complete non starter. Now that it’s become apparent, you are chucking in the towel and will move to a more tried and tested model that’s been a success at many clubs round the country and beyond.
I hope that the 1st thing the new board do is release a statement apologising for the behaviour of the incumbents and for the vitriolic and misleading parting statement they released
Academy players should not be allowed to leave the club that gave them they’re start in football, a ban should be put in place until they are 21 from any club trying to pinch them for peanuts sometimes nothing, this is totally unfair on the smaller clubs who develop these young players and all there good work goes down the drain, IT HAS TO STOP 🛑
The Club will still be run by a board, just not the Board who resigned after treating the fans so contemptuously. Why did Jacqui treat the fans so poorly during both of her ill fated spells at the Club?
Your 2.5 Stat for Scots players at Celtic is absolute garbage! A complete lie of a story; left back, right back, centre half, centre mid, right wing, back up keepers are excluded. Then there are those who are out on loan playing as first team players everywhere else!
Not sure the whole story with the Jags but on a personal level I feel really sad for Roughie but as a Hearts fan I will always support Partick Thistle as they joined with us in the shameful relegation of both clubs by a second rate league association not fit for purpose. All the best to Thistle.
