England needs to put a foreign trainer on the bench. They don’t have a great english trainer since a lot despite producing great players and I think it’s because they don’t have a big culture tactically speaking. The last english manager to win a PL is Wilkinson in 1992 with leeds. In the last 35 years 4 italians won the PL BUT only 2 english won the league. Clearly something is not working. You can have the best players but you need at least a good trainer if you want to win
