  1. Hi Riley, Great Video as Usual. Any chance you could show how to create multiple Line Ups with the projections using Solver? Thanks

  2. We all appreciate your time and expertise in this video…some items… sometimes you speak to fast to follow…as noted below your photo is blocking some formulas…maybe you could download the complete file here so we can follow all data input…Thanks Bob

  3. Anything that representative of DvP is useless for nba it’s so much noise in who defends who and pos vs pos SF guards PG and SG often and there is no true C anymore and rarely true PF

  4. It appears you took each player only at their first listed position – is that so? This doesn't account for the multi-position eligibility, which would drastically change the possible outcomes. You would need a to account for the fact the De'Angelo Russell can be played at either PG or SG. You have him only eligible at PG.

  5. Is doing all this to develop your own optimizer that much more profitable than using a paid one like roto or fantasy cruncher? at teh end of the day if your own projections are not good then the opto wont get a good lineup right?
i want to build a solver but use weighted projections from multiple sites, how would that work?

  6. Kind of a waste of time. You don’t explain your formulas hardly at all. Your head is in front of them anyway. And you’ve already done it so we can’t see you enter them

  7. Great stuff! Do you have any suggestions on limiting players on the same team? What if I wanted spread out my risk and take only one player per team?

  8. I seem to get the #VALUE error when entering the function for opponents cell. Any ideas on how to fix? I have already checked for blank spaces and deleted them all but that did not fix the problem

  9. On the final step and its giving me"Solver encountered an error value in the Objective Cell or a constraint cell. One of the cells in the worksheet became an error value when Solver tried certain values for the Variable cells"
