  1. I'm a relatively new Hammers fan. Chicharito is tearing it up in the MLS right now. How come he didn't work out under Moyes 1 at West Ham?

  2. Gonzo you need to stop using C&H as a source. No chance in hell Chelsea are letting Tammy go for 25 million. Remember how much they said Benrahma and Watkins would be?

  3. I think if we get Champions League we can attract En-Nesyri, if not Abraham. Abraham is perhaps the more realistic signing.

  4. Watched Zander Clark the St Johnstone keeper single handedly beat rangers at the weekend. He would make a great No2 for us. The kid from slavia Prague scored a couple , are we still interested in him?

  5. What is a shame is evidently Benrahma is one of Sullivan’s buys and Moyes has played it in such a way to disguise it but after watching Eze last night that was our man and instead the dwarf car salesman bought Benny instead. Load of old boll*x really. I agree Benrahma has to play or we have another Anderson on our hands by which I mean a asset that is devaluing.

  6. Tammy Abraham would be the wrong signing & he is overpriced in my opinion. We have been linked with far better strikers than him. Would take the likes of En-Nesyri, Hložek & Sima over him any day.

  7. Lingard, Abraham, a defensive midfielder and a left full+wing back, and West Ham will be a lot stronger next season. Might need a few loans, freebies and bargains to pad out squad if we get into Europe.

  8. If we manage to show Yarma, Lanzini, Anderson (let’s not forget that thieving dunt) Balbuena and Benrahma the door the wage bill will be tiny but the squad will be even thinner than a size 0 model.

100% I think all those players should go but we don’t have a bench then. If Coventry isn’t going to get a game then I’d like to know what our transfer strategy is….what’s the plan…we’d need to bring in at least 5/6 players IMO.

Lingard isn’t really a new addition nor ups the head count.

If Moyes goes for Abraham and Lingard, which for the figures you said Gonzo would be amazing business, 25 mill for Abraham is a steal.

Maybe sign then Loftus Cheek and Ox-Chamberlain on loan deals for the season. Free transfer or someone cheap as a third striker…I’d love for us to have picked up Josh King for 5 mill as he would have given us an option.

Then I do think we need to sign someone on the left…depending on Masuaku’s fitness the left could become another seasons problem for us.

  9. If we make Europe we will attract better players and hopefully keep the stars that we already have at the club Abraham looks the business I know Moyes is taking some stick for not signing more players in the last window but do we need any more impulse purchases like Anderson?

  10. Shouldn’t we get a half decent transfer budget boost for finishing higher in the league? If so that could help massively

  11. No way Abraham goes for 25 mil. Chelsea will probably demand at least 35-40 mil for him. Also I can see him going to Aston Villa as more likely than west ham. Since they have more money to offer and also he had a successful loan stint with them.

  12. Moyes has shown he's fairly astute with transfers, so I think whatever happens, he deserves our trust. I fully believe he will sign effective players, whether they are expensive or not

  13. Benrahma don't score but he offers us a threat with his play, he creates space and drags opponents out of position with his dribbling and his ball carrying gets us up the pitch and relives pressure on our defence

  14. Abrahams not for me at the price that is being quoted . Benrahma wasn't for me and hasn't shown anything to suggest he can even make it at premier league level , really hoped he could prove me wrong but I suspect the worst . Goodbye Lanzini is all I have to say to him . Why are we letting Balbuena go ? , maybe a couple of youngsters can step up ( but not sure Moyes actually likes to play them ) , but having Dawson in the squad doesn't fill me with much optimism either .
