  1. Switch to Yum bro. 5" yum dinger on that rig set up is basically same I use. I get way more life from the yum dinger than Gary's. They seem to flake apart and self destruct with a bomb hook set.. oh bad ass pedal kayak you have. Looks like 30 grand on the water.. (random guess).

  2. Always wanted to fish that lake! Nice work, but since when are you like me and catch a bunch of dinks?! 😹 beautiful lake and fun day nonetheless

  3. Can i ask why you keep your drag so loose? Just curious it seems like in a tourney you would want to be able to get the fish to the boat asap, i mean particularly on your spinning settup

  4. Great video brotha, I grew up on that lake. When I get a John boat I’m gonna launch at dark day as well. Keep searching for those record spotties at Bullards! They’re only waiting to be caught by ya!

  5. Rock fishing Ca. I throw out some shrimp on basically a drop shot rig with 4oz weight. Get a bite and snag. Had to snap the knot. Tie up again and cast in the same spot (pretty dang close) wait wait wait…nothing. pull in my line and I got hung up on my rig I just lost and got the Cabezon too. It was crazy. Got my fish, hook and weight back.

  6. I think this is the most beautiful fishing spot I've ever seen. Great video. It's all about the experience even if you don't catch the big ones.

  7. Just got my NRS bib in the other day…might be a little late but who knows with these morning temps. Just a side note to anyone interested, trust the reviews they run BIG. Based on their size chart I should be an XL but went with the Large. It's plenty big on me at 5'10" 195# and a 36-38" waist. Also hope your fishing has started to pick up like ours has. Looks like we're heading into the spawn as I found about 6 on beds this weekend.

  8. 5/09/2021. Was at the entrance of bay across from that ramp. Fishing rocks just below surface . Hooked a bunch of small ones, but did have a big one hooked for a few seconds. Got to see it jump and it spit the hook. Big, 4/5 lbs. Small ones are plentiful. Also brought home some Kokanee for table fair. Great eating fish.

  9. 95% of the bass in that lake are all like half a pound, and the other 5% are all over 4 pounds. There’s no in between because once they get lucky and get big enough to eat the Kokanee in there they grow exponentially. But there’s not much food for them in there besides kokanee so most bass can’t get over a pound and just die.
