Why don't they add into the rules that the ball has to stop for a minimum of 2 or 3 seconds before dropping to qualifying for being put back on the table?…This would stop the controversy that arose in this match.Technically the ball could still be rolling at such a speed not to be seen/noticed by the human eye,as we witnessed here..

some of the new rules go too far, thought your opponent had to put his hand on the table before he could receive a fowl, or am I just getting old!!!
