It seems like Jesse jumping into last season the way he did has given him a new found appreciation for winning in football. Because it is a hard thing to do, especially last season.
American here, so admittedly I follow teams with a US player on them. I've been following Pulisic and Chelsea over the last three years but now Im tuned into Leeds and I have to say I really like what I see from the ownership, coaching staff, players and fans. There definitely doesnt seem to be as much pressure and whining in the fan base. You all just gained one fan … Go Leeds!
It's been a strange start to the season. Top 6 could look completely different to previous years. Can't see us being in a relegation battle this time round.

What we're all missing from the first goal is Aaronson lost possession then was not only determined to make the run to get back possession and make up for his error but he also got the goal!! Mot. that's how u make up for a slight (forgivable) mistake 👌

I'm a Liverpool fan – we absolutely blitzed Leeds last year in one of Biesla's last games. That team looks absolutely nothing like the 3 Leeds games of watched this season. Your recruitment has been fantastic, and Jesse deserves so much credit. He's charasmatic and has everyone so organized and so hungry. Hope Leeds have a good season this year ✌️

As a Newcastle fan, reminds me of Eddie Howe, well spoken, tactically smart, focusing on positivity and someone is a bright young coach who can get the best out of his players, obviously not as good as Howe, but I reckon you lads are in safe hands, way more structure than bielsa

If management doesn't work out then he could be the world's best motivational speaker. Absolutely love this guy, I believe our biggest threat now is when one of the 'big 6' wants to change manager and try to poach him. I honestly believe that with Marsch at the helm for the next 3 or 4 seasons we could seriously challenge the top 6. Breaking into the elite is often subject to those sides underperforming and, with the exception of Man U, all the big sides are strong and stable at the moment. Add to that Newcastle's rise then it becomes more of a challenge but like them we're a massive club with huge potential for sustained success and not just a few good seasons like Leicester. Increasing the stadium capacity to 50,000 + and growing support internationally has the potential to put us back into the elite and this is the guy to lead us there. I'm more excited now than I was when Bielsa was in charge. Under Bielsa I always had the nagging fear that it would only last a few years before coming to an end and a strong succession plan would be more important than anything that great man did to get us back into the PL.
