  1. Really glad the lads turned it round, they were brilliant tonight. I think we’re discovering who are best players are. Controversially I think we should try to offload Rasicha while he still would command a reasonable fee, tbh I don’t see him as a starter. Cantwell, Sinani and even Onel have all looked more solid than him. In case of Cantwell and Onel I’d argue they’ve looked better in the prem too.
With that money we need to invest in our defence.
I’d also ask…is the team better without Pukki. I’ve said for a long time that Pukki is a volume scorer, he scores a lot because the offence runs through him, he’s not as clinical as we seem to think. Sargent doesn’t have his finishing pedigree, but he seems to gel better with a front 3.

  2. Great result, atmosphere was flat though, need to get Carrow Road Rocking Friday!!!! Sinani is a certain goal contributor ! Want to see onel start 💚💛💚💛💚💛💚💛

  3. Pukki is ageing, and though he’s skilful- it’s a fact few Nodge fans seem to want to face.

He’s slow, and his passion seems to have even seeped with time.

Sargent struggles with his first touch, but his workrate is good. When we broke for the red card, it was evident- what we’ve lacked is a striker with pace.

He’s what we need. Let him grow in that position, I say

  4. More to come from Dowell? No, he is limited and at best a bench warmer.
The goal all on Hanley backing off with poor body shape (again)! We need better than him, I’d sell hi for 500k

  5. Totallly agree about McLean, love him but why was he popping up for near post headers as a left back! Overall though a great performance. Should have scored 3 in the last 15 were it not for the Huddersfield keeper!

  6. Interesting selection and line up..I have to say Dean Smith was right..I think a couple of players have been given a few bullets..Cantwell looks like a new player..thats down to tbe coach…but Sinani looks a winner..No negatives in this game sxcept should have buried them by 30 minutes…Well deserved..and lets give Josh a break..he did well..and Kenny did well..I say keep Pukki on the bench..Sara..needs more time but he will get better with experience..

  7. Actually, our defence is and always has been the weakness. Three reasons. Smith uses a system with two 8's in the channels and two wide men. This means most of the team are advanced higher up the pitch than they would have been with Farke. If the ball is turned over, there are gaps through the centre. Secondly, Andy and Hanley are combative so get sucked into the ball which means the full backs are exposed. Finally, we make basic errrors. Personally I think the solutions are better composure in defence and perhaps having an 8 sit more when the other one is advanced to provide cover for the 6. It also may be the case that two like-minded central defenders is not the best option. E.g. a fully fit Gibson (?) plus Big Andy would be best. Incidentally, did you see how Huddersfield employed the press when Hanley got the ball? That tells you we may need something different in central defence.

  8. We have a lot of new players to bed in and get working well together but we are already seeing how good this team can be and it will only get better from here.

  9. I think Ramsey also looked pretty solid from what little we saw of him. Had a couple of mistakes in him, but he seemed a very capable midfielder. Won balls in important areas of the pitch, made a clearance in crunch time. Something we seem incapable of. He also made a couple sweet little passes, had some nice link up play. I actually thought he was a bright point of the game too.

  10. If you started sinani in all three of games we would have got three wins because he is so crucial to our season.

  11. Great win tonight but typically made it hard for themselves due to poor defending…again. Thought the midfield 3 were brilliant and Sargent deserves the start on Saturday.

  12. I know you feel that our defence is a solid area of our squad overall, but last night it shows that's really not true. Hanley has the turning circle of an oil tanker as per the Huddersfield goal. Yes, he did make a block but that doesn't detract from how cumbersome and vunerable he is in situations such as the Huddersfield goal. I think we need to strengthen at the CB position still as he's not good enough. Big Andy is on point though, so just need someone of better quality next to him

  13. Wow. More 🤡🤡🤡 stuff from you here Jack.

Once again you have criticised Dowell, saying that you want more despite him making the pass before the assist off runs for both goals, and got a decent shot off, but yet not a single mention of your boy Cantwell? Now Todd was good as he was on Saturday, but why aren't you wanting more from him?

    🤡🤡🤡

  14. Sargent proves his worth? well no.. what he has done so far is no way near what we paid for him, if goes on and scores 20 goals this season then sure..

  15. Norwich just reminds me of our Championship team under Rafa poor start to the season then starting picking up points

  16. Careful when promoting Sinani's loan as any kind of grand plan. We clearly didn't rate or want him, hence the clause they had for buying him.

  17. Sinani, Nunes, Idah, Omabamidele, Hernandez and Aarons are the only players I feel are a level above the rest. If anyone has any more to add to that list feel free.

  18. Thought we started well with Sinani and Sargent linking well alongside each other , but then we got to 2-0 and changed formation and players didn't really seem to want the ball . We looked as though we were overcrowding ourselves in midfield from then on and not making any space. Have to get rid of playing the lone strike system as Sargent looks much better with someone alongside him . Sinani can play that role , as he proved before he dropped deeper and the whole system looked less effective. Also need another centre half to play alongside Omiedele .Would rather put Tomkinson in than Hanley , He is so slow and is always turned inside out if he has anybody run at him!
