Dortmund, with 80K fans each home match and competes in Europe every years, or Leeds, which doesn't…. but plays in England in front of a smaller, but rabid fanbase number less than half of Dortmund's capacity and in a a city with 1/10th of the population of Dortmund's greater urban area.
I'm thinking that Premier League wages would be needed and/or the Dane would prefer to avoid a major urban location.
