For any lake, in that condition. Nothing beats blue flake jig. Fish really slow.. let it seat 5 second between each pulse. And, fish from 30ft of water and up..

You dont know what winter is..
For those 2 catches you had a pattern with a drop shot. I would have tried to look for other areas which setup identically. It looks like they were hanging off dead brush. water clarity, temp, structure, depth the fish was at, retrieve, would have been good to note on those catches. thanks for the vid.
If you look at 10:18 bottom right , I think you had a fish chasing your drop shot while it was dragging in the water
