Just think, Seasons 2 happened because Valchek was sore about Frank Sobotka buying a more expensive window for a local church. Had it not been for that window, Valchek wouldn't have ordered an investigation against Frank and the a lot of the problems in the season probably wouldn't have occurred. All that over a window.
this guy Valchek reminds me of one of those guys who weren't anything back in the days but thinks hes all badass now that he holds some type of position but everyone who know him knows that hes still a little bitch
Spittin' on another man's floor, his Ma ain't brought him up right. My father went across the side of my face because I spit in front of the building we lived in and we lived in a piss neighborhood. Fights break out behind disrespectful sh*t like that.
Damn this is the epitome of telling the truth will cost you your life. If Frank doesn't tell him off no investigation of any kind comes and he lives through the season but thankfully the writers chose otherwise
“Fuck you! And your window”, is one of the best lines of television history. I try to squeeze it in at the end of every argument and people look at me like I’m crazy 😂.
Valcheck sucked but Sobotka is his own worse enemy. You just laundered drug money into a church donation to try to get a meeting with a senator, and a high ranking cop who hates you shows up, and your best idea is to get in the mud and talk about how he couldn't even get a girl when he was a teenager? Smart.
"hey Frank, look, here is the thing." "What is it?" "We both accidentally made a window for the church, and I didn't tell father because I wanted it to be a surprise" "So?" "Frank, I took many people's money and told them the window is gonna be there. Could you place your window in the other spot" "Ehhh, alright" Season 2 ends
A lot of anger/hate for Valchek here. He is a petty and vindictive man, however Frank went out of his way to antagonise and humiliate him. Frank made a committed enemy in Valchek and it cost him.
Frank was an idiot, you have to pick your battles. Even if Frank was running a clean shop you still dont want to piss off and have a mortal enemy with a guy as connected as Valchek. And then you add in he's dirty and doing illegal shit why the fuck would you start shit.

"F**K U AND YOUR WINDOW!
LOL!
Season 2 was always my favourite. I preferred the port storyline to the drug dealer one.
Boy if Frank only knew what was about to happen he would’ve just gave him the window lol

The pebble that started the avalanche …
I respect everyone's detailed version of Valchek I prefer to just call him a bitch
All of Seasons 2 Events (And partially 3-5 as well) happened because of a Church Window. Best Macguffin ever. TV or Movies
Frank gave his life for that window.
I love that in the end after his death, Valchek actually felt bad for Frank and was humbled a bit.
I can never pay enough attention to this show, why did their beef start? Because of a window at a church shattering?
All over a window. What a piece of shit Valchek was. He couldnt shine Bunny Colvins badge on his best day.
And half of season 2's plot is set in motion…

Few things can hurt a man's self-esteem more than being told straight he's a creep who repulses the pretty girls away …
1:37 frank cut him pretty deep. You can tell in the eyes.
“Rat fukkers, all of ya!”
I love how one-sided this feud is. Valchek is obsessed with getting Frank but Frank barely ever talks or thinks about Valchek.

All over a window 🤔😩
What was the guy at 0:20 making reference to with his gesture towards valchek?
This can’t be about a stained glass window. Who is this fucking petty? Is Valcheck 5 years old?

Polack
You have to pick your battles and Frank made one enemy too many. Thanks for posting!
If Frank had been the kind of Man to back down, on a Window (That he rightfully earned) he never would have been a Union-Boss.
Imagine if he stfu and did as valchek bid
Love how something so unbelievably petty spun the whole second season story…
RIP Mr. Brown. You made Valchek one of the most memorable characters ever.
RIP Valchek
This type of generational hate is so pure. Everyone should listen to “Pod Yourself The Wire”, the world’s only Wire and Sopranos podcasts.
It’ll always be funny to me that this season basically happened because valchek was annoyed that his window wasnt put in the church
Frank is a moron
I hate Valchek's character I really do. Props to Mr. Brown acting. R.I.P

Glad to see tony supranos coach
I loved every scene with Frank!

Frank made a major error political here.
