That was crazy man! Nice job. Looks exciting as hell. With bass busting up shallow, I would have tried a little top water, December or not. Some sort of walking bait maybe. Besides, it would be awesome to have have caught a topwater fish in December.

i love taking my kayak out when its cold, all the fairweather guys are out of my honey holes, i slayed a 6 pounder the other day and not one guy was on the lake lol keep on slayin em greg.

Sometimes you have to pay to play. And that ride out to your spot was what you had to pay to play with all those fish today or should I say that day. Well done! And just as a side note if I had run into a fish school like you have I don't think I would have taken a break for lunch I would have just finished until there was no more bites. But that's just me.

Never did that but me my grandpa and my dad went white bass fishing here in Arkansas one time for fun my grandpa got about 120 my dad around 100 and me around 70 never had line thumb so bad in my life 😂
