His offense has taken such a leap this season. The dude has been in the league for a long time and it’s not like he’s super young but he’s still improving his game. He’s always been one of the best defenders in the league but now he’s shooting the 3 well and finishing at the rim with contact and making great passes. Usually he’s the guy making huge defensive plays in the playoffs but he was making huge offensive plays too. The Celtics probably would have lost to the raptors without smart’s amazing effort on both ends
My favorite player, self built, built on grit, grime, and hustle. Was NEVER given the starting PG role as he should of been, never complained, never asked for a trade as a top 10 pick. JUst became one of the 5 best defensive players for the last few years. I wonder if all the ignorant hater's who complained about his contract NOW understand it is one of the best contracts in the game. Thank you Tomasz we watched this one twice. Having said that we do not win TOR series without him. An yes he shot too much in MIAMI series.
